Family law is an ever changing practice area that continues to develop. As society and the way we examine the family structure changes, cases come through the court system that address novel issues with various combinations of facts like never before. The decisions issued shape how we bring family law cases (i.e. child custody or divorce) before the court in the future. They force us as lawyers to re-examine and formulate new, creative strategies to accomplish our clients’ goals.
