New location expands access to the firm’s family law services for clients throughout Western North Carolina.
ASHEVILLE, NC — August 2026 — Petrelli Previtera, LLC has opened a new office in Asheville, expanding the firm’s family law services to individuals and families throughout Western North Carolina.
The Asheville office provides representation in divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, and other family law matters. Clients receive local representation supported by the resources and experience of Petrelli Previtera’s multi-state family law team.

The Asheville team includes family law attorney Mark Upright, a longtime Western North Carolina attorney whose career has centered on helping children and families. Upright has practiced family law in North Carolina since 2006 and brings additional experience in mediation, parent coordination, financial matters, and nonprofit leadership.
