Meet Clymer D. Bardsley, Family Law Attorney
Clymer Bardsley joined Petrelli Previtera, LLC in 2017. Dedicated to serving his clients, Clymer focuses his practice primarily on divorce and family legal matters.
Clymer has been involved in family law since 2004. As an Assistant Corporation Counsel in New York, he handled delinquency matters as a prosecutor and carried a caseload of 100 cases at a time from initial appearances through to adjudication. Since 2010, he has handled custody matters in Philadelphia, assisting parents in achieving the best results for themselves and their children. In 2016, he began to work in the area of special education law.
Clymer earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College. He earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Journal on Public Law, Policy and Ethics. He received Cardozo’s Jacob Burns Medal for his service to the law school.
Clymer has taught at Temple University’s John Beasley School of Law, the Ohio State University’s Moritz School of Law, and Cardozo School of Law.
An experienced mediator, Clymer regularly mediates divorce, custody, and support matters, as well as other non-family matters when called upon.
Clymer is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New York.
