Throughout her career, Lauren has earned a reputation as a steady, well-prepared advocate known for her strong litigation skills and thoughtful approach to highly sensitive cases. She represents individuals and families in a wide range of matters, including divorce, custody disputes, child advocacy cases, and complex litigation involving significant financial and personal interests.
Lauren’s practice is grounded in clear communication and careful preparation. She understands that family law matters are deeply personal, and she works closely with clients to ensure they feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of the process. Whether resolving matters through negotiation or advocating in court, Lauren focuses on protecting her clients’ interests while helping them move forward with stability and clarity.
Before joining Petrelli Previtera, Lauren built a diverse legal career that included complex civil litigation, real estate matters, estate planning, and extensive trial experience. She has argued motions and tried cases in state, federal, and appellate courts. A significant portion of her career has also been dedicated to child advocacy, including her work with the New Jersey Office of the Law Guardian, where she represented children in sensitive family court matters involving custody, parental rights, and permanency planning.
Lauren has additionally been appointed by the Ocean County Superior Court to serve as counsel for incapacitated individuals and as a commissioner in condemnation matters, reflecting the court’s trust in her judgment and professionalism.
