Petrelli Previtera Welcomes Nicholas D. Santoni to Its Maryland Family Law Team
Maryland attorney adds litigation experience, practical guidance, and additional support for clients navigating divorce and custody matters.
ANNAPOLIS, MD — May 2026 — Petrelli Previtera, LLC has welcomed Nicholas D. Santoni to its Maryland family law team, adding support for individuals and families navigating divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, marital agreements, and related matters throughout Maryland.

Nicholas works with the firm’s Maryland attorneys to help clients understand their options, set realistic expectations, and keep their cases moving forward. His prior litigation experience includes work on both plaintiff and defense-side matters, giving him experience evaluating disputes from multiple perspectives and adjusting his approach to the needs of each case.
Practical Guidance Focused on What Matters Most
Family law clients often come to an attorney with urgent concerns about children, finances, property, and timing. Nicholas focuses on helping clients understand which issues are most likely to affect the legal outcome and what steps can move the case toward resolution.
He brings a strong attention to detail to his work and believes clear communication is essential. Clients should understand what is happening in their case, what comes next, and whether the goals they are pursuing are realistic.
A Grounded Approach to Divorce and Custody
Nicholas’s interest in family law is also personal. Having experienced divorce and custody arrangements in his own family, he understands how conflict between parents can affect children and family relationships over time.
That perspective informs his belief that clients can pursue their goals firmly without creating unnecessary conflict where cooperation is possible.
Nicholas joins Petrelli Previtera’s growing Maryland team and works primarily with clients throughout the Annapolis area and across Maryland.
