The Annapolis location is Petrelli Previtera’s third office in Maryland, joining established offices in Chevy Chase and Bethesda. The Maryland Team
The Maryland team includes attorneys Julie Colin, Nicholas D. Santoni, and April M. Townsend, representing clients in divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, and Protection From Abuse matters.
Julie Colin is a seasoned family law attorney with more than 30 years of courtroom and client advocacy experience. Based at the Annapolis office, she guides individuals through divorce, custody disputes, parental rights, and private adoptions, bringing assertive legal strategy and practical guidance to every case. Her experience with high-conflict custody situations gives clients a steady hand during some of the most uncertain periods of their lives.
Nicholas D. Santoni focuses his practice on divorce and custody matters. He brings a grounded approach that combines direct communication and diligence with a strong commitment to listening, helping clients understand their options and set realistic expectations. His addition as the fourth Maryland-licensed attorney strengthens the firm’s ability to serve clients locally from the Annapolis office.
April M. Townsend brings over twelve years of family law experience, with particular skill in navigating complex divorce proceedings. A graduate of the University of Maryland and Temple University School of Law, where she was admitted as a Conwell Law Scholar, April is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. She also handles estate planning matters for clients looking to protect what matters most.
